FESTIVAL ABOUT DESIGN FOR LIVABLE CITIES
“reSITE is an international event that is committed to exploring collaborative ideas that make cities more livable. It is about partnerships for a better urban future in Prague. The festival will be centered on a two-day conference and supported by dozens of independently organized events. The spotlight will be on the under-utilized riverfront, urban mobility and public spaces.”
As mentioned by reSITE team above, the mission of the event is to rethink the urban spaces of Prague- raise the urban discussion and get ideas for improvement of public spaces. Invited to participate are students and professionals from the field of design, architecture and urban planning. Big names as Jan Gehl, Craig Dykers, Lisa Diedrich, Raumlabor, are just couple of the world-known experts from urban field you´ll be able to meet!
“reSITE Festival is bringing international examples to Prague while highlighting visionary local ideas. For the first time, we are bringing together diverse and often separated groups at this groundbreaking event. We ask citizens and leaders of Prague: use reSITE to reTHINK your city!”
