Oscar Niemeyer
Oscar Niemeyer was born in December 1907 and graduated from the School of Fine Art (Escola Nacional de Belas Artes) in Rio de Janeiro. He is a Brazilian architect famous for his modern architecture. He is the “father” of the reinforced concrete , explored in a different and innovative shapes and forms. His buildings are characterized for ergonomic forms and empty areas balanced in a way to create unconventional and contemporaneous spaces, with directly influence from Le Corbusier.
